Shoveling Out

After another 4-5 inches of snow yesterday morning, I would like to get out and go grocery shopping today while the sun is shining and the ice is melting.
Jeff leaving for work on Friday.  He returned home shortly saying it wasn't safe.

Today's quote from Jeff: "I can safely say I have never had to do this before."

Look at our snow pile.  Remember we live in Texas!

  1. You should see the snow we've got up here in Nova Scotia! We used to get snow like this all the time when I was younger, but it's been a few years since we got this much snow all at once! Those snow piles in the parking lot of my apartment building are getting some high!

  2. You have more snow than we do and we live in the mid-west! ;) It's supposed to be very cold here next week. I'm just counting the days until spring.

  3. It's almost all melted now. The giant snow pile is less than half its size and there is only a few patches in the shade that are left.

  4. Oh, you guys must have had so much fun! I'm so happy for you! But Jeff's comment cracked me up. I had to stop and remember that he's been from Texas always.
