Kaomi checked a cookbook out of the library and picked out a recipe for Russian Honeycake. Unfortunately, we used our gluten free flour mix and I forgot that there was already baking soda in the mix. It overflowed the pan majorly and all over the oven floor. It actually tasted fairly good, but was extremely sweet.
Isn't it wonderful when we can even eat our flops? Even a 'flop' can make for good memories and fun times!
